Shipping policy

Processing & Handling Time

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in Roswell, Georgia. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship throughout the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Items from our Exclusive Collection ship via a flat-rate standard service (3–4 business days) or expedited UPS options at checkout.

International Shipping (Canada)

We are pleased to ship to Canada. International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS International services. Please note that a handling fee of $12.75 is applied to all Canadian orders to cover packaging and export processing costs.

Estimated delivery times for Canada are 7–21 business days depending on customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

  • USPS – Priority Mail (domestic and international)
  • UPS – Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Standard (domestic and Canada)
  • DHL Express – Exclusive Collection international orders

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at erinknightdesigns@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Erin Knight Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customs processing.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Erin Knight Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error has been made, contact us immediately at erinknightdesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
